As the Managing Director & Founder of Kwenza Consulting Surveyors he has been at the forefront of precision-driven land and town planning, shaping the future of South Africa’s built environment.

Professional Journey

Experienced Professional Surveyor with experience in the private sphere with demonstrative drive, competence and integrity. A geospatial practitioner skilled in various aspects of surveying such as land (Cadastral & Sectional Title), engineering, topographical and precise surveying in both field and office environment.

Khaya had a privilege to practice within Building industry, the likes of Aveng Grinaker-Lta, etc. whilst enrolling his N. Diploma in Civil Engineering. He had 7 years’ experience exposure in constructing Stadiums, Varsities, Hospitals and Shopping Centres as a Site Engineer, from foundations, superstructure, finishes until handing over ironmongery to a Principal Architect upon completion.

He also had exposure in the Civil Construction industry for 5 years surveying roads and bridges within KZN, Gauteng & North-West Provinces prior to founding Kwenza Consulting Surveyors (Pty) Ltd.

Khaya is passionate about mentorship, skills development, and empowering the next generation of Land Surveyors. Through Kwenza Consulting Surveyors, he actively supports youth training programs and internship opportunities to bridge the gap between education and industry.
